" Just off Oxford Street is a little piece of Dublin."

Kevin Airs - March 13, 2005

"Just off Oxford Street is a little piece of Dublin. Nelly's skilfully treads the thin line between traditional Irish pub and tacky theme bar. Although it goes in for the full Irish bits and bobs (it even specially imports the legendary Tayto crisps), it's the regulars that really give it authenticity.

The bar is jam-packed with tall ginger blokes in Celtic shirts and small, dark and handsome types - not least of whom is the landlord, who is an absolute dead ringer for Colin Farrell.

From bar staff to punters, this pub is full of craic. All that's missing is a priest barging you out of the way at the bar."
