She comes from Douglas – County Cork, this wisp behind the bar
Leaves her mark at Durty Nellys, and admirers from a far
All of five foot nothing, did work The Royal Hotel
But Zel did poach this charming gal, into our lives she fell
She’s oh so bubbly, full of life, an accent hear her say
“Hello there pet”, “Yes, my darling”, what will it be today?
There’s not a drink she hasn’t tried, and they all just make her giddy
I guess that it’s just because, she drinks them from a middy
Her holidays were many, she’s a type of salt and pepper
Came back from home, a wedding trip, looked like she’d kissed a leper
She’d plied her lips with cream and such, I told her use some zinc
Within two days her lips came back, looking lush and pink
The fairest skin you’ve every seen, nought could make her blush
A little girl, so well endowed, the type you’d like to crush
Beware the boyfriend Brian, who’d break your nose I’d say
If any sole did tempt his joy, there would be hell to pay
Yet leave she must, her time is up, she’ll be missed by one and all
This little girl from County Cork, to me she’s ten feet tall
Like many that left before her, be it girl or boy
She leaves behind all the best memories, of that cutest “bundle of joy”
